1. What is ItalyBookings.com?
It is a tourist portal to give visibility to all the italian tourist structures, being based on criterions of reliability, security, effectiveness, completeness and mainly convenience. At the inside of the portal we make available an automated software, to allow the tourist structures to create a real own web site and to efficiently be visible in internet.
2. Is the registration for free?
Add Your
tourist structure in
ItalyBookings. To register is very simple: go to the form
clicking
here (it is obligatory to fill all the fields and and to have a working electronic mail), you choose a
PASSWORD and the game is done. The confirmation of the registration will immediately be sent to you by e-mail with the login and password necessaries to access the control panel, inside of which you will create a very detailed site, with the Web pages of the Home Page, Services, Where we are, Special Offers and the Booking Form, all translated in five languages (Italian, English, French, German and
Spanish). The creation and
modification of the pages is totally automated and everything is
carried out directly by your computer.
3. How is the booking request
managed?
The requests of availability or informations sent by the clients, will be directly received by the tourist structure, by a form made avilable by the system that the client has to fill with all the required data, without any intermediation from us, as ItalyBookings has the purpose to facilitate the concordance between the demand and the offer. It will be only the tourist structure to send the answer to the client and the booking has to be confirmed directly by the structure, by e-mail, to the address that the client has written in the form.
4. If I have to modify some data of my tourist structure, how can I do?
The modifications of the data and the informations about your tourist structure, can be done in any moment from any place of the world, without interventions from us. All it takes is to access the
login,
page, to insert the own user name and password to be authenticated, and to change the data that you would like to modify.
5. I have forgotten my password, how can I do?
In the case in which you no longer remember your password, send a requesting e-mail to the following address:
webmaster@italybookings.com
using the same e-mail that you have inserted in the form to register. You will receive an e-mail from us with the password, in
a short time (within 48 hours).
6.
Can I change the password?
Only after the login is possible
to change the password, accessing the control panel and clicking
on the link "registry data."
